So I downloaded a skin, now I do not want it anymore, is there anyway, I can go back to the default MSN skin?

In the contact list window, go to Plus! -> Preferences -> Customize(tabs on the top) -> Skins(tabs on the left)

There, select "Standard Messenger Look (no skin)". Click on Apply and messenger will restart after a confirmation. You should now have the default messenger look.
