I would love an edward cullen skin please, i do have a wallpaper of edward cullen that i would liked used for the skin

You might want to consider using the BackgroundChanger script.  It enables you to choose a picture to have as the background to your contact list and provides the same effect as lots of skins.

Currently there are very few new skins being made and even fewer requests being filled.  This is partly due to a decline in the skinning community and also due to the forthcoming Wave 4 and WLM 2010, with most people holding off on new skins knowing that this is around the corner.

However, it sounds like what you want is very similar to what I do in my SexySkin (although that's what pictures of women).

If you weren't too fussed about that you could download my skin and replace the pictures in the folder:

C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Skins\Sexy Skin\images\women

With the ones you'd like to use and then they will appear in the places you desire (choose a woman in the options window, then replace her pictures with the ones you want)

If this is too much work or too difficult to understand, then the background changer script might suit you more.

and what is background changer?

How would i change the picture on one of your skins, not very good at doing these sort of things yet,

I will give anything a go once i now what i am doing

Wave 4 is the next version of all of the Windows Live programs...Messenger, Photo Gallery, etc, etc

WLM 2010 is Windows Live Messenger 2010, the forthcoming new version of Messenger

Background Changer is a Messenger Plus! Live script which changes the background of the contact list to give the appearance of a skin.

I gave instructions above on how to change the pictures on my skin.  Obviously you will need to download and install my skin first (click my signature picture for the link)
