I was hoping someone might be able to explain if this is an issue with messenger or messengerplus. I noticed that a contact had changed their personal message and contact photo when I was logged in (appear offline) the changes show in the Plus event viewer, in my WindowsLiveMail contact list (new photo and message), but not on the what's new link or on the person's profile page. Is this a server synch issue, or a change in the user's profile settings?
