hey

so i have just downloaded windows live msn. i want to be able to have a video call but Evey time i click the cal but i get the message saying windows messenger is not available is there a reason for this. i haven't got my web cam running on anything else.

so if you could help me or tell me what i need to do to get it working that wud be great.

This problem isn't related to Messenger Plus!. Therefore I have reported to have it moved to the proper section.

Try signing out of Windows Live Messenger, exiting it completely and then re-opening it.  Webcams can be a bit tempramental so you may have to sign out and in a couple of times to get it to work

Does it work properly in other programs?

Is it showing up correctly in the Audio/Video setup wizard?

yes it works in other programs

and it does show up in the audio bit
i have tried signing in and out as well but didn't work
