O.P. Toshiba Satellite 1400
Hi there,

I have a Toshiba Satellite 1400 Series laptop and i dropped it a few weeks ago and i think the PCMCIA slots are busted because i can't here a click with a put my wireless card in there.  Is this something fixable?

It could be that the pins have bent or something or that something else has bent in the way.  Unless you fancy opening it up yourself then you'll have to take it into a repair shop or something

Everything else works perfectly with no issues it's just the PCMCIA slots arn't wrking

Replace the PCMCIA ports, they are attached to the board but are removable. Have a look, use the disassembly guide :P
