apparently there is something wrong with my network ports which is funny since msn has been working just fine for the last months and i have not changed anything. stopped working a week ago  today i upgraded my computer too windows 7 and problem still persist

so i tried to lower my firewall,flush the dns, renew ip,open port,allow msn through firewall,restart computer,reinstall nothing is working any ideas?

Firstly try searching this forum as that error code has been questioned many times, most likely with solutions posted.

If that fails, then try searching for the same thing on Google

ok, so when doing as suggesting in 3.2 to use "run" to launch dll i'm getting error on %windir%\system32\REGSVR32 initpki.dll   

says the file is missing but their is no solution on the page on what too do if this file is missing


i need it for 64x so http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php...2180/download.html wont work

if anyone could upload it for win 7 64x that would be great

matty tried all the suggestions still not working thought. well exepct formating my computer again but since i had it before and after last time i doubt it will help makes me think it's the network but msn are working for my parents

common guys, someone got to have a soultion too this
