Every time I create a new sound file it never uploads, the server keeps refusing it

Hi everyone!  I have experienced a big problem recently - my custom emotion sounds stopped working. Every time I try to send them I get the message that is attached.  I have the latest version of WLM and the same goes for WM Plus! OS W7 (64 bit). Everything worked fine until several days ago but then the message started appearing - and it seems to me my sound library turned kind of "grey". The previews of my sounds work normally though. My friend living in the same city (Prague, Czech Republic) has exactly the same problem. Can anyone help me, please? I will be grateful for any advice, my mail address is iviposta@gmail.com   . This is also happening to me and a lot of other people. Looks like a server problem.
