Does Anybody know how can i extract resource of messenger with MPTools.exe and without using messenger?

Dunno with MPTools, but you can use Resource Hacker; it has a scripting language too which you can use to extract/delete/change resources. See its help file for more details (although it isn't very clearly explained - you need some trial and error to get the hang of it, but it works perfectly).

That's exactly what the scripting in Resource Hacker is for; to perform (multiple) resource manipulations from the command line.

i don't uderstand how use Resource Hacker, but i added all files to   resource of y little program
