Hi folks,
If you are using the beta (607), and have ever seen a problem where you click the sign in button and nothing happens, can you let know? dbddhkp at microsoft dot com?  Subject like "inert sign in button" would be cool.

NOTE:  I am not experiencing this problem myself, but I am trying to get my colleagues at work here some information so they can fix this bug.  Any help is appreciated.

Have you checked task manager to see if there is any msnmsgr.exe are running? If so close them and try to open messenger again.

Did you read the part where he mentions he did not experience the problem and is merely trying to help his colleagues (i.e. MSFT employees)?

I also had this issue, the way I fixed it is to go:

Start-> type: services

Then look for Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant, check if the service is started, if not, then start it, then open up Messenger and try to sign in again.
