For anyone wary of opening the installer, the virustotal report can be found here.

TIP: You should consider making it portable, as most people won't want to install it.
TIP: Consider improving the design. Black and white isn't very friendly.
BUG: When saving the skin, the file type is in another language: "Paquete de skin".
NOTE: Similar functionality is already offered by Your Skin Control script.

I was expecting it to be a skin/script, so when I saw it was an exe... the alarm bells started ringing.

To be fair, I didn't look at Robert's rep or post count before I scanned it. Had I seen he was a trustworthy member, I probably wouldn't have bothered with the scan.
