Hello! First sorry my bad English.

Does a plugin for Messenger Plus! ("OpenConvo" by Wouter) works under Windows 98 Se?
And what means this error (look attachment)?

And could somebody recommend notifer that works if I use Windows 98 SE (besides Project Lithium)
