O.P. Cant Roll Back!
i used style xp to install new xp icons (XP-iCandy) but now i cant roll back to the orignal ones. will someone plz help???

There is an option "Windows XP Default" in StyleXP, have you tried that? :)

Try changin to the default theme, that will change your icons to the defaults ones too.

If you are talking about the my computer mydocuments and such icons try the following.
Get to display properties, click the desktop tab, and open the customize desktop panel. In the general tab try clicking restore icons. If this doesn't work try manually setting them back to the originals: my computer is in "explorer.exe" while the others are in "shell32.dll"
