It's been a month already since the release of version 3.50, MSN Messenger 7 has finally been released publicly and despite the fact that version 3.50 worked very well with it, I felt that a small update couldn't hurt anyone. This is also the occasion to announce some good news.

I'm extremely pleased to announce that more that 20 million emotion sounds have already been exchanged since the release of the last version! due to the incredibly high demand for this feature, new servers have been set-up and the feature is now expected to run smoothly and continuously, even during peak hours. Some web sites are now starting to offer Sound Packs for Messenger Plus! so if you like the feature, I highly recommend you visit them as you'll probably get what you want more easily than with the Random button (and if you're a webmaster, it's now your chance to create the ultimate Sound Pack web site to satisfy the millions of people who are searching for new sounds to send to their contacts ).

The tutorials on msgplus.net were starting to get older and grew a beard. Thanks to MenthiX, no less than 40 brand new tutorials have been created for the latest version of Messenger Plus!. The tutorials touch every aspect of the software, from emotion sounds to preferences backup. Your ultimate guide to the ultimate Messenger plugin is now online and is waiting for you in the help section (so from now on, remember to link to the tutorials when people are asking questions about a feature on the forum).

All that being said, the main event of today is the release of Messenger Plus! 3.51. This version is mainly a maintenance release with several important bug fixes.
