PLz help! when i install MSN 7.0 and plus 3.52 my contact list is reduced to this!!!:

All the little pink men are there,but there is no names after them. I cant start convos.

Have you tried reinstall MSN 7 and restarting your computer? Sometimes wierd errors like this are fixed in that way.

From what we know right now, it is not a problem caused by Messenger Plus!... :/

The contact list is always like that? or after some time it refreshes and shows the contacts? coz that happens to me sometimes..

the contact list seems to be empty but then it shows the contacts

I remember lots of peolpe complaing about this, it is an issue with contact list loading, and as far as i'm concerned it has nothing to do with messenger plus.

can you direct me to where people have complained about this before? I want to see if they resolved it

This could be caused by the Ink/Handwriting Plugin, a possible solution to this problem can be found in inc_haydn's reply to Huge 7.0 problem.

try stoping all major programs on comap and close MSN+ from
Ctrl+alt+del
