when i used beta versions of MSN 7, there was no problem on using it. When i installed 777 and, after that, 813 final builds, the problems started to appear. I must have luck to MSN connect successfully. And, most times, my nick is viewed by other users like Online, even i can't enter the network!

While 813 is functioning well in many other PCs.

Why it doesn't want to function here?!

Okay firstly we will need to know your location.

Secondly are you running any patches/plug ins?

Thirdly any firewalls etc?

last versions of Msn Plus and StuffPlugNG
no firewall enabled

What error messages do you get if any? Does MSN Messenger show your contact list without contacts or does it just stop connecting to the network?

ya.. i've actually been having some wierd problems myself with msn. i have win xp sp2. i can log into any account on my profile on msn no problem, but once i move to my sisters profile, i sometimes can't sign in.. and when i do sign in theres no nicknames on the list.. its wierd cause it works perfect on my profile
now i know people will say 'is msn installed properly on your sis's profile .. etc"
but really this problem has only started with msn 7... it worked perfect up untill then
