Although there might be another new version still this year, this is not what
"a set of goodies" mean.
"a set of" is not
"a new version". And "goodies" are stuff related to a main subject (which in this case the main subject is the Plus! program itself) aka indeed merchandise or other close related materials like found on the already existing
goodies pages.
