O.P. Dodgy  Visual Studio & MsgPlusLoader
Hi

I have just installed VS to learn, and everytime i run an application i see VS loading symbols for MsgPlusLoader.dll and it takes about 5 to 10 seconds to continue.  |-)  (see attached screenshot)

Does anybody knows how to make VS stop doing this???  I do not wish to uninstall msgplus... 8-|

thanks!

RE: Visual Studio & MsgPlusLoader
Unfortunately it is the hook method that is used for Messenger Plus!. The dll gets loaded with every process that is run on the computer.

RE: Visual Studio & MsgPlusLoader
It's the Alternate mode to be exact. If you can get the Default or Default - Forced modes to work, using them will stop VC loading the symbols from the Plus! Loader DLL.

Alternate mode works by adding the loader DLL to a list of DLLs to be laoded into all processes.
