Just a quick question...with the new Messenger Plus Live! will anyone be able to personally translate messenger plus for there own needs and others if they want to like previous versions?? By just simply changing a language file or adding our own?

The format and way of translating the languages files in Plus Live are (nearly) the same as in Plus3, so if you did that in the past, there should not be any problem for you with Plus Live (you (and official translators) can even use my translator: Messenger Plus! Translator).
