O.P. Blocked COntact Bug
Since updating plus, everyone who was blocked before the upgrade automatically gets re-blocked when I log back in even if there were unblocked last time I logged off.

which version did you upgrade to, what version of plus did you have and what version of MSN do you have?

This sounds more like a msn messenger server glitch than a bug in Plus! though....
