Hi all love plus but recieved an update message downloaded and it came up with not a valid win32 file then went to get latest version and downloaded it and same message did it 4 times just wanted to let you know thanks

Firstly, delete that file you downloaded

Then clean a few things out by following these steps..

1) Open Internet Explorer
2) Clicking on Tools then Internet Options
3) Click on the Clean Temporary Internet Files button
4) Go to http://www.msgpluslive.net and download Plus! Live
5) See if it will install it

Hopefully the steps above should fix the problem

Hey i have the same proplem and ive followed the adive but it still says it is not a valid win32 application? does ne1 have nemore advice 2 make it work? if so i wud b very gr8 full if u did thanx

Are you sure you deleted the setup file you already had? And did you do it exactly as I said?

For those who really can't get it to work: i uploaded a copy (zip file) to my website recently on request of another since there are no mirror sites yet.

MsgPlusLive-401.zip (direct download link, valid till August 21st or till there's an update wichever comes first).

Yeah i deffinetly did as u instructed...but Its ok now i got it installed i just got a m8 2 send it 2 me over msn and it worked!
