Hi, I'm getting an Error Page in the contest.

The disclaimer appears, the image appears, I can click in most of them, and also the "Nothing Found" message appears.

So far, so good.

However, there have been two coordinates that I had clicked and got the same error page (image below). Both of them happened less than an hour ago.

Why is this happening?

What if that coordinate (well, any or both of the 2 times it happened) had a prize?

Anyway, I would appreciate any kind of help.

My Windows Live Messenger and MSG Plus are in Portuguese.
I'm from Brazil.

have you tried closing it and opening it?

Well, yes, the first time I did close and then opened it.


However, most of the coordinates that I click show the "Nothing Found" message.
That means it's ok.

The problem is that these messages have already appeared twice.

trust me, it's just "random", it's not related to the winners. Of course you could have been unlucky enough to have clicked a winning spot when that happened, but chances are that it was a regular pixel

i think they are reduced after you fill in the winning form

All winners are recorded so even if you got an error page after clickign on a spot, it would be saved in the DB and I would contact you about it directly.

The precise error you got is generally caused by a missing cookie.
