O.P. Changing keyboard language?

okay, so i have a tempory computer till i get a new MOBO for mine, and i've screwed up (or it was automatic..) the language settings for the keyboard (so the @ key is now " ect...) so i wondering, how do you change the keyboard language settings?

Control panel> Regional and Language settings, select the Languages tab, then Details and it's under the Settings tab.
