WHAT CAN I DO TO ADD AN EMAIL ACCOUTN... I HAVE THIS:

EMAIL ADRESS: name@hotmail.com
EMAIL SERVER: HTTP                :110
USER NAME: name@hotmail.com
PASSWORD: *********
EMAIL CLIENT: http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp

AND WHEN I SELECT "TEST SETTINGS"...IT SAYS "THE EMAIL SERVER COULD NOT BE CONTACTED OR REFUSED YOUR INFORMATION"
WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?....!!!!!

I'm quite sure MessengerPlus! only supports POP3, not HTTP, sorry!
But since you're using hotmail, you should get your emails directly into Messenger. If you use multiple hotmail accounts I have no idea sorry!

OK, adding another hotmail account using the External E-mail feature is not possible as hotmail does not support POP3. A suggestion I give is use the polygamy feature in messenger plus! to have 2 Windows Live Messenger's running.
