Hi,
I want to protect my chat logs with a password.But I cant do it.
Everything is normal,
I typed the password to Prefences=>Conversations=>Logs Encryption=>"New encryption Password" ,and  confirmed it,then clicked "Apply"
But an error occured "Sorry,the crptographic key could not be generated on this computer."
I uninstalled MsgPlus Live, then installed again.But the same error occured again.
How can I fix this?

Have you cross checked your on the latest version released yesterday?
Should have version 4.21.270

fatalmel, also try to set a different (lower) key size for generating the encryption.

Also, what is your version of Windows? Make sure you have all the latest updates (check this on http://www.windowsupdate.com/ )

I have the latest MsgPlus version(4.21.270),
And I'm using Windows XP.

But it didnt changed

Can someone please help? 

I suddenly remember that I once made a post which lists the possible fixes, lists the threads made about this and gives other info. So better refer to there: "CookieRevised's reply to Logs encryption problem"...
