I have a big problem!!
My Msn doesn't block my list contacts and also I can't prevent that new contact adding me!!! It says that the action is impossible and I must try later. But I have this problem since many weeks and only with my account (if I login with other mail, Msn is on good)... I don't want change account!! Help me, please!!! Thank you... I am waiting for an answer
Probably you have exceeded your block list limit. Go to Options window of Windows Live Messenger, Privacy tab, and remove contacts which you can from Block List?

You can't prevent it anyway. You can only block them if they add you.
