i am using the msgplus for 13 months more or less. I also have two email account that i use with msgplus. My problem is that i confused the access code and i cant remember it now.
I would like to ask if there is any way either to find and unlock my msgplus or deactivate this option. Please let me know if there is any secure way to solve my problem.

The only thing you can do is disable encryption for your fuutre logs or change the password (again, for future logs only).
