right, im having a slight problem with a database booking system.
how can i automatically archive old appointments.
e.g.:
if appointment date = before todays date then archive data.

obviously its not technically right but would it be as simple as this:

if(date>now(),run archive marco)

thanks! would ask my teacher but just started half term!
