I recently got a Toshiba laptop with Windows Vista. So, everytime I download MsgPlus, it never actually works. Like, nothing happens or show on my msn. When I went to the add/remove programs, it shows MsgPlus with a block sign beside it. So, I think my laptop blocked it. How can I fix this?

It is not blocked, that symbol is to show the sponsor was not installed if I remember correctly.

Have you installed anything else for messenger?
