I've been using Msg Plus for ages and never come across this problem before..

I've activated chat logging but when I go to a contacts log there's a file, but nothing in it - its just a blank file?

I've tried changing some of the settings around and its not made any difference.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Its because of the new builds. Only use 8.5 ofr now.

Are you using the latest Messenger 2009 build (released a few days ago)? If so, Messenger Plus! is not (yet) compatible with this build, that would indeed explain the problem like limeares said.
