18:15:14YouHi there, we were told that we would be recieveing a free speed upgrade to 2Mb and aol keyword speed upgrade states that we have recieved it however after running various speed tests and keeping an eye on the BT upstream/downstream monitor we are still on 1Mb   
18:17:35YouAlso i wish to upgrade to Windows XP x64, is a 64bit version of aol available, as i read that you cannot connect to the internet in x64 if your on aol due to AOL not being a true broadband service and it uses emulated hardware to dial up which is set at 32bit and so will not work on x64 windows

Morover I request you to please Keep yourelf Updated from the keyword speed upgrade to check the status for your free speed upgrade and if there is no information then i request you to please ring the broadband support at 0870 3 202020 to get the exact status for your speed upgrade since Unfortunately this information is not available on Livehelp.
