you needed: own webserver and hosts.icm ... (hosts file into system directory)

Fix a bug in msnpatch.bin. download here http://www.tcsoftware.com/files/tabmanb4.zip (build 191 , Beta 4) If you are using build 188, then you must download this file again. . Oops... Sorry. .p

No spamming !!! ...... if somebody have using older version of tabinstallers. They must upgrade to last version of tabinstaller. this progie is a tabmanager 2003 compiler for msn 6 Beta 4. it's also ontopic.. You have made your own tabinstaller. y...

beta 4 has been released... older beta versions have some bugs: old versions of tabinstallers doesn't support windows 98. and some bugs are fixed.

some tabinstallers are old. .. you can upgrade tabinstaller to new version. You can save your source of xml .. www.tcsoftware.com (Beta 3 Refresh)

what is your platform? Known Issuse by this version of Tab installer: Windows 98 System directory problems. It will fixed at next version. I work hardly for next version of Tab manager 2003 compiler.
