This is not a bug. It means that there were logs saved temporary and an attempt was made to upload them to the MsgPlus server, but that the connection to the server couldn't be created for some reason. Then you have _not_ uninstalled the Plus! Network and searchbar sponsor programs. Only simply changing those settings in your browser is of no use.
