actually, its quite good in the respect that it offers IE a plugin manager and built in pop-up blocker, but the rest of the stuff isn't really that great. Plus not loaded and loaded at same time
I was using MSN then I was disconnected from the net. Then when I signed back in, I got the screenshot. MSN signed in fine, but msgplus didn't load.
