[301] Norton detected high risk blah after installation with sponsor
So I know we've all seen these type of problems posted by people in the public forums where this and that is incorrectly said to be a virus/malicious script or whatever. For me - this is the first time I've had it, and the error shown below came up...

RE: 300 breaks NP script
Yeah I understand that - I meant that they were all good in respect to bugs to do with version 300 (even though I did mention a few little other things). Other noticeable factors not connected to build 300 I ignored but they were all good apart from...

RE: Privacy Issues in Contact Information and with Sound Notifications
Strange, I just tried this with a mate of mine and whilst the sound notification works when he usually signs in - I couldn't confirm the bug. When he signed in appear offline, MP!L was none the wiser.

RE: [Bug] My own contact card
Also can't confirm - it shows fine for me. XP sp2 & ver 300 here.

RE: [SETUP] Did not close WLM
MP!L closed my WLM, and my sister's WLM in her windows login by itself - no problems at all.

Double click the small icon in your systray (next to the clock).

Screenshots would be awesome!

RE: [Bug] (!N) Formatting
You can see that it's WLM's problem, not Plus!'s. If you look when the other person sent you a message, the special characters have caused the 'says:' to be in that other font too. It's the same situation as what happens with (!N).

RE: Tabbed Chats - "Close All Chats" Breaks - Does not work fully
I think it's a Vista thing, because I just closed up to 17 with no problems.

RE: Contact List Clean-Up buttons trouble
For me it was there when I installed, but it has since disappeared!

RE: Log password can be changed without entering old pw (and other encryption issues)
Yeah, I just noticed this bit while I was testing it out. That seems to work well but it would be easier if you could see the hint from first 'guess'.

RE: Log password can be changed without entering old pw (and other encryption issues)
If you try and unlock an encrypted file, you have to guess wrong once before the hint appears. Is there a point to this? :P

Log password can be changed without entering old pw (and other encryption issues)
I'm not sure if this is just because I don't yet have any MP!L logs, but when I installed and went though the wizard I decided I would set a password. [i]edit: I just tried it now that I have some chat logs in there, still able to be changed withou...

RE: The Stapler v2
I never realised how to get through this bit was so simple. I did it in a way more ridiculous fashion. :( Does anybody have any idea how to START the last page? I've been on it a week with no idea at all.

RE: Stealing the Plus!Live 'look'?
Problem being that I removed MP!L ages back, and definitely removed the sponsor alongside it. In fact now that I think about it, the popups started just after the sponsor was modified to work with Firefox, so that could be what it is. edit: I'm thi...

Stealing the Plus!Live 'look'?
Hey chaps/chapettes... I haven't been around for a while so excuse if I'm missing something blindingly obvious or something that's already been pointed out. I had a random popup just a minute ago (note: dunno what's causing the popups, that's an...

RE: Wave 'balance' in sound settings keeps moving
Well I thought I had worked out what was wrong above, but it seems that's not the only thing affecting the balance. The solution above can change the balance, but it's not what's changing it in this case. Whenever a song ends and another that isn...

RE: Disabling scroll wheel on mouse
I did think about that, but then I'm pretty sure the middle click wouldn't work. And if there's a way that it would still work, I'd have no trouble making a mistake and doing more damage than good to the mouse. I managed to lower the scrolling ...

I don't have those advanced settings, so it looks like I'm going to have to head off to the shop for a new mouse... thanks anyway

Disabling scroll wheel on mouse
My computer mouse is a bit dodgo at the moment, and whenever I try and middle click on something, the page will jump up or down and the cursor will then move from what I'm trying to click. It's also led to another problem in [url=http://shoutbox.me...

RE: How many people on your contact list have the same name?
Not sure about my contact list, it would take too long to check. The most common on my phone is easily Chris, 7 of them!
