RE: iTunes/iPod Problem Does anything actually appear on the iPod's screen when you plug it in? Does the device appear in device manager? - Yes: Do the drivers appear to be installed? - No: Is your USB port working correctly? RE: UK Broadband + Phone line If you're in a cable area, get Virgin. It's more expensive, but it's faster as well. Be have received pretty good reviews from what I've been told, but I'm wondering if they'll drown in their own popularity before long. I'm with BT. Always hav... | andrewdodd13 | Tech Talk | 11-25-2008 at 12:46 AM |

RE: Human - The Killers. I like the song. I'm not convinced by the rest of the album though tbh. | andrewdodd13 | General Chit Chat | 11-22-2008 at 01:03 PM |
RE: Regex with Variables Either detect the new line "\n", or detect the next <li> tag and... ah. You can detect the next <li> tag, and trim it from the string. But if you're doing a global match you will run into some problems. | andrewdodd13 | Scripting | 11-20-2008 at 08:29 AM |
RE: Win Tab (Again) Um, actually I think that's what the point of a Beta is... Besides, if it gets fixed for Vista's Win-Tab I'm sure it'd be fixed there. I'm just not sure how hard it'd be for Patchou to fix it, I don't claim to know the inner workings of tabbe... | andrewdodd13 | WLM Plus! Bug Reports | 11-18-2008 at 11:10 AM |
Win Tab (Again) So, I know that on Vista you don't see the contents of chat Windows while using Win-Tab (honestly, I meant to go find that thread and post there, but I couldn't be bothered), but there's a bit more to this problem on Win 7. Windows 7 introduces a ... | andrewdodd13 | WLM Plus! Bug Reports | 11-17-2008 at 04:59 PM |

RE: [URGENT] DVD drive and case issue Putting it in front-ways back is the way to go. You may find that you have to adjust the position of the mounts (the "L and R things") relative to the DVD drive itself. Those hoops look to me like what the flaps stick at. | andrewdodd13 | Tech Talk | 11-10-2008 at 10:37 PM |
RE: Feature Request: File Storing I know this is a dead-rez thread, but in my experience, direct connection is used quite a lot these days - basically, any time you don't get that little "Experiencing a slow connection?" message you're directly connected. RE: PSP Owners, please red. Yeah, it only shipped on US and JP PSPs. It was hackable and you could run homebrew without modding the firmware. Due to the way 1.5 Homebrew was compiled, you can only run 1.5 Homebrew on the 1.5 kernel. :) | andrewdodd13 | Tech Talk | 11-04-2008 at 11:28 PM |

RE: PSP Owners, please red. It's the M33 Custom Firmware. You can find out which version it is by going to the far left menu and choosing System Information from one of the settings things. As for the 3000... I don't know if it's been cracked yet. The 2000 was hard enough - ... | andrewdodd13 | Tech Talk | 11-04-2008 at 10:33 PM |
RE: Vista Disk Management. Yeah GParted is quite good, but Acronis has gloss (that's an adjective, not a technical term ;)) which is why I tend to recommend it to people who have to ask in the first place. :P | andrewdodd13 | Tech Talk | 11-04-2008 at 10:23 AM |
RE: Vista Disk Management. You will have to defragment the drive first, for sure. If that doesn't work, go with the Acronis stuff. It's made of win. | andrewdodd13 | Tech Talk | 11-02-2008 at 11:32 PM |

RE: MS Agent The link happens to be where I pulled the source code from. :P think() does the same thing as speak() for some reason. Guess I could just code an MFC DLL and export it if I really have to. | andrewdodd13 | Tech Talk | 10-29-2008 at 04:17 PM |
