Still present. The problem was MP!L says there are no logs for that person, IF there were no logs THAT month (ignoring the fact you talked with them a previous month, aka the purpose for opening a log with them). Hopefully that'll explain more clear... | prashker | | 02-05-2011 at 03:12 AM |
