What do you want the list for though? What is the reason for wanting to export it rather than just looking through it in Messenger itself? In hotmail, look for where it lists your Messenger status (in the top right corner) and make sure that "Sign in automatically from this location" is deselected. When you're signed into your Yahoo Mail there should be an option to disable the Messenger.
