I can not get voice effects to work. I press the "Apply Voice Effects" button but nothing pops up. My daughter has Win 7 and she can change her voice when using Plus! for Skype, but I can not. I am using Win 8. I am sure it is something simple that I am just overlooking, and it's driving me crazy. I have updated Plus! and Skype.
