When this feature (present in plus! for messenger live) will be in plus! for skype?

Not in the near future - I do not think Skype lets Messenger Plus! alter its interface. We do have some new features planned for the next version of Messenger Plus! (for Skype) such as Skype lock and being able to upload new sounds and creating sounds
