Hi,

During a video call, when I press the record button, the encoding window appears immediately and the call is not recorded. This has only started happening the past 2 days or so - it worked fine (most times) before.

I'm using Skype Version 6.5.0.158
and Messenger Plus Version 1.8.0.125

Operating system is windows 7.

Hope someone can come up with a solution soon as it is becoming increasingly annoying.

*Update*

Ok it seems like it doesn't record on with certain contacts. I was able to record a video call with an different contact. However it still exhibits the same behaviour, detailed above, with that particular contact.

Note that the folder for the recording has been created but no video.
