APPCRASH everytime on windows 2008 r2 zh-tw by g328247 on 08-12-2013 at 04:14 AM

On last weekend, I reinstall my PC from win 2003 r2(x86) to win 2008 r2(x64)

but after I install skype & skype plus

I meet below error and cannot pass it
if I press the "close program" button, the error windows will show again
until I close the skype

I also try to close DEP on Messenger Plus! for Skype.exe
but it say it cannot close DEP on this program
