basicly it does what the title says generates random quotes from Smallville 
(!xsmall) = generates a random quote
(!xaboutsmall) = about the plugin
copy into your plus plugin dir
use the reg file in the zip 
and run
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 2\Plugins\Smallville.dll"

i cant seem to get it to work i keep getting
Error occured with the tag (!XSMALL), Tag does not exist

does it show up in the plugin menu?
-=EDIT=- try (!xsmall) not in caps (shouldn't make a difference

tried lower case made no diference and it is in the plus plugin menu but when i click on it i still get the error message
