Hello,

I was thinking about what more to add in Messenger Plus! yesterday and I thought about one popular thing: tools to change your text color with more than the 16 default colors Messenger gives you. These tools do their job well, but there are some major drawbacks, like the fact that you can't change your text color quickly. You need to launch a special tool, select your profile, select a color and restart Messenger (which can be pretty annoying). Adding a similar option to do the same thing in Messenger Plus! would have been pointless (and I try not to add features already done by other tools... that's what is called "fair competition").

So, what did I do about it? well, I gues that thos screenshots talk by themselves... this way is the most simple way possible and does NOT require you to restart Messenger fo the change to apply. I hope you'll enjoy, and of course, that's only one of the many new features you'll discover soon . Let me know what you think about it!

Don't need to open regedit (yeah, I only use regedit) every time I change my font...

Urg.. I contacted my ISP about your site not loading, Patchou. It was a problem with what they did, but they seem to have done it again, because your site and others won't access for me or my friends who are on the same ISP, so could you or someone post the pics that Patchou has linked above?

I called them up just a few min ago, and they said they'd fix it. Recently my ISP has been messing their servers up making pages like: Msgplus.net, neowin.net, mess.be, rpgamer.com and stuff not work. They come back in a few hours but for some reason msgplus.net will never come back for me. Anyway, they said they will have it fixed soon, and they better or there will be war.

With the color picker, people can drag if to a certain area of the desktop and steal the color code.

well Slim, u could always paste it into pain, and get hte code from there and use the Avdanced Calculatro to convert from a 256 decimal to a Hex number (thats what i use)

Also is very interesting the fact the you don't have to restart messenger or close the im window to see the changes

If the other user doesn't have Plus! they will still see it the same, because it's like changing your font the normal way. It's just changing the color values in the registry.

I gave an idea in "What feature do you want?" thread.
It was an idea about changing the font color of the contact names in the contact list.
For example, I want to change my font color to white and put a dark background picture

Do you think it is possible?
