It makes your text leet... Example :
Text would say : Messenger Plus is the best program in the world
But the plug-in makes it into this : |v|£$$£|\|6£® þ|_u$ 1$ +|-|£ 8£$+ þ®06®@|v| 1|\| +|-|£ |/\|0®|_Ð
I used stuffplug talkers to do that

It's just h4x0r... it's kinda funna and all but it has no use at all and especially when you begin to use annoying chars like |-| or |\|, which use time... Ofcourse not when it automatically converts it but maybe the person who reads it will have problems with it...
Anyway, it's a funny plug-in...

edit: I didn't ment numbers only, but the only things replace should be letters by numbers.
