inspired by This thread i wanna know what y'all think of canada, from what u see in the media, to what you hear from ppl, to... anything! whats your impresion.

Seems like a nice country:

- Beautiful nature

Can't think of any other reasons right now; I can say I know it is not near Australia and that it isn't bad :)

Would love to visit Canada but the problem is I have a fear of flying and due to medication I'm on at the moment I have a risk of DVT, so it won't happen anytime soon (plus I don't have any money). From what a friend told it me, it sounds brill and one of my fav. singers is canadian. My cousin's also out there at the moment, somewhere in the middle of nowhere for a month ( but he has access to Messenger so maybe not in the middle of nowhere). I've always thought that there were a lot of Scottish Canadians (but maybe I'm talking crap). What other reason*-)........ Oh yeah, God lives there :p.

I'd love to go visit Canada. I have many friends who want to go to America or Australia, but for me its always been Canada and New Zealand. :)

So Patchou, if I do make it to Canada, how about I take you and Fraisie out for a drink, just to say thanks for all your hard work and you can provide me with board and lodgings for 2 weeks? ;)

Its nice, its really different from where im from. The only thing i dont like (too much) is the really really cold winters lol. Im more of a summer person. :P

Yep, i live in Fort McMurray.. and there is lots of snow here... i dont really like snow unless it only snows for a few days.. having snow from november is annoying lol.

I was a skateboarder until my board was stolen at a concert :P But I havent bought another one and i kinda lost my touch...Now I have a closet full of ELEMENT shirts....I'm a poswer :'(

the good advantage about lving in canada. theres so many places that u can live in. different climates almost. or weather. w/e itz called. i live in vancouver, british columbia, and the weather is fairly consistant except for last week. prob went down to -7 C. coldest it has been in a while. during the winter, we rarely get snow, and if we do, itz not a large amount. also during the summer, unlike ontario and quebec, itz not bloodly burning outside. :P

I sometimes can't believe nor understand the stupid prejudice that some Americans have over Canada and its people.

I don't know much about it, and I haven't been to it, but I'm sure (from what I've seen) that it's a beautiful place and has very nice people (and awful people just like any other country, but let's don't spoil the love :gfdrin:).

I too don't see any reason for the prejudice that some have against Canada.  It seems such a nice place, and it's really the only place I would ever consider moving to if I ever left the UK.
