everytime i come to msgplus boards, it always shows March threads as new topics... look!
what is wrong with the forum? or my caches?

Thats not it , He posted that 10 minutes ago and obviously those threads have not been revived. Actually if you look almost every latest thread in there is old! Thats weird. Try clearing your cache.

Internet Explorer 6... it is fixed now
