the 23rd, but when patch first announced it, b4 he edited his post, he said "sunday the 22nd," which, as u can tell, doesn't exist this year

its sunday 23rd... i seen it posted:
"Sunday, May 23rd 2004 at 8:00AM GMT"
but the top of the forum is wrong 
needs to be changed

Like bach_m said, Patchou orignally said it would be on the 22nd, so that's what I put on the index. Then he edited it later, while I was offline. Now it's fixed.
