It would be kind of cool to have a script that automatically took the text "/snoexcuse" or "/shello" and turned them into a link that played the aoundbyte for it.

I think it would make more sense to use a bbcode like [sound=hello]. IRC-style commands are good in chats and stuff, but not so good in forums. 
Anyways...
- Who would actually post sound links?
- Who would actually click sound links?
- I don't know the proper HTML/JS to make something like that.
