I was just wondering if anyone knew who's voice is on the Right.... emotion sound? I think it sounds like the boss from office space but I've heard elsewhere it's Dr. Evil...even though it sounds nothing like him. Any answers/opinions?

The character is Kronk. He says the "Riiiiiight" when he's with Yzma and Kuzco, and Yzma wants him to serve the poisoned drink to the emperor
