I use windows xp home and when I install msgplus to my account on this computer my sister on here desktop doesn't have the plus and vice versa.

That's a known bug in Plus!. Search the forums for more info (I'm not gonna explain again why that happens). In Plus! 3.01 that will be fixed. Plus 3.01 is expected to be released this week.
